1. Reservation and Confirmation
1.1 All inquiries and hotel reservations, as well as tour services, must be made exclusively through ISSATIS Tour & Travel Pte Ltd ("ISSATIS") for efficient and streamlined processing.
1.2 To ensure accurate handling, please provide the following precise details:
- Arrival and departure dates with corresponding flight details
- Preferred hotel, including the number and type of rooms required
- Meal preferences
- Guide requirements
- Full names of clients, along with their respective gender salutations (Mr/Mrs/Miss, etc.)
- Nationality of the clients
1.3 Reservation requests will be confirmed via email or through our secure Online Booking System.
2. Our Response Time
2.1 ISSATIS is committed to promptly responding to all booking requests within 24 hours. In the event that you do not receive a reply within this time frame, we kindly request that you resend your request to ensure successful delivery.
2.2 Please note that proof of sending a request is not considered proof of receipt.

4.1 Full payment for all bookings must be received before the specified cancellation deadline.
4.2 Failure to comply with this payment condition may result in the cancellation of affected reservations without prior notice.
4.3 When making telegraphic transfers, please provide us with the date of remittance, details of your bankers, and corresponding banks involved in the transaction.
4.4 Foreign and personal cheques are strictly not accepted as valid forms of payment.
4.5 Bank drafts are accepted, provided they are drawn on a clearing bank. Please note that any bank charges incurred will be chargeable to you.
4.6 All outgoing bank charges, including any intermediary bank charges, shall be borne by you, the client.
4.7 Payments made via credit card are subject to incidental administrative charges.
4.8 For credit card refunds, it is important to note that "Refunds will be processed only through the Original Mode of Payment."
5. Payment Dispute
5.1 In the event of a genuine payment dispute arising from any booking, you are required to provide ISSATIS with full details of the dispute in writing before 15 days of the scheduled arrival date. Additionally, you must furnish evidence that the dispute was communicated to ISSATIS during the hotel stay or the period in which services were provided.
5.2 It is your responsibility to cooperate fully and provide all necessary information and assistance as requested by ISSATIS to facilitate the resolution of the dispute in the shortest possible time.
6. Refund of Tours
6.1 Once the tours have commenced, no refunds, whether in full or in part, will be given for any
services included in the program that were not utilized by the client.
7. Voucher Number
7.1 Upon confirmation, kindly provide ISSATIS with the assigned voucher number for all necessary arrangements.
7.2 It is mandatory to accompany the voucher number with a copy of the itinerary. Both the voucher number and itinerary must be received by ISSATIS at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival of your clients.
7.3 In the event that the voucher number indicates services different from the originally required ones, ISSATIS reserves the right to collect the cost of.
